To contribute technically and financially to District Development of the Democratic Republic of Congo by fostering the creation, extension and /or upgrading of industrial, agricultural or other tallies in the Democratic Republic of Congo, that they form part of public, private or mixed, whether domestic or foreign.

The SOFIDE is involved in the creation, expansion and modernization of enterprises in industry, agriculture and agribusiness.  The SOFIDE also supports community projects and those areas of social and profitable services.
