Mr Muzikayise Dube, Managing Director, Eswatini National Industrial Development Corporation (ENIDCS), was appointed the SADC DFRC Board Chair effective December 2022.  He replaces Mr Mohan Vivekanandan, Group Chief Executive – Client Coverage at the Development Bank of Southern Africa, whose term ended in December 2022.

Having led the ENIDCS from inception, Mr Dube has a wealth of experience in financial management, strategy, and governance issues. He was chairman of the then Swaziland Economic Research and Policy Analysis Centre (SEPAC) for a number of years. His appointment to Chair the DFRC Board comes into effect at an opportune time when the institution is delivering its last year of its 5-year Strategic Plan (2019 – 2024) and developing its next phase.
