PPP Network
Resource Hub

A curated knowledge base of frameworks, country assessments, and standardisation tools for effective Public-Private Partnerships across Southern Africa.
About This Hub

A substantial body of knowledge on PPPs has been built up by practitioners in governments, the private sector, international institutions, and academics. This resource hub curates that knowledge — providing PPP practitioners with a truly regional overview of the diversity of approaches and experiences in implementing PPPs across SADC.

It does not seek to provide definitive answers — our present state of knowledge precludes this. Nor does it seek to provide detailed country-specific guidance in isolation. Instead, these resources offer frameworks, templates, and comparative analyses to inform your specific context and requirements.

The SADC 3P Network focuses on capacity building and project development, serving as an advisory hub for PPPs in the region.
