The 2007 Annual Report chronicles a year of transition and consolidation. Marked by a change in leadership with the appointment of Mr. Stuart Kufeni as CEO, the report also celebrates the DFRC’s formal recognition as a SADC treaty-based institution under the Finance and Investment Protocol (FIP). It highlights the launch of a major research project on a credit rating methodology for DFIs, the continuation of impactful capacity building programmes, and the strengthening of relationships with the SADC Secretariat and international cooperating partners, setting a strong course for the future.
