The 2010 Annual Report marks the first year of implementing our new Five-Year Strategic Plan (2009-2014), following a period of restructuring to create a more focused and cost-effective organisation. This report details the successful delivery of diverse training programmes, including new courses on debt management and PPP appraisal, and a growing demand for institution-specific training. It highlights the establishment of the US$1.5 million Regional Technical Assistance Facility with the DBSA and access to new EU funding, demonstrating a renewed momentum in serving the DFI Network and contributing to SADC’s development goals.
