The 2013 Annual Report captures a year of significant expansion for the DFRC, marked by the full operationalization of the SADC PPP Network and the rollout of the Prudential Standards, Guidelines and Rating System (PSGRS). This report details how we delivered 18 high-impact programmes, with a growing focus on institution-specific training. It also covers our technical support for the SADC Regional Development Fund (RDF) and the integration of SADC DFIs into a continent-wide peer review system, solidifying our role as a key policy advisor in the region.
