Bryan Masheleng earned his BSc from the University of Botswana and went on to achieve CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist certification. This solid foundation in computing and specialized expertise in secure digital infrastructure has equipped him to lead ICT and digital transformation efforts in support of regional development finance and institutional strengthening.

In his role at the SADC-DFRC, Bryan drives the adoption of innovative digital solutions, enhances data-driven decision-making, and strengthens technological capabilities to empower Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) across the SADC region. He plays an active part in strategic engagements, including partnerships with international stakeholders and supporting the Centre's mandate for capacity building, research, and advisory services aligned with SADC's economic integration goals.
A dedicated professional in ICT leadership, Bryan contributes to fostering resilient, tech-enabled progress that connects and empowers the region.
