Chazha Macheng

Executive Officer & Strategic Stakeholder Relations
Chazha Ludo Macheng serves as Executive Officer & Strategic Stakeholder Relations at the SADC Development Finance Resource Centre (SADC-DFRC). With expertise in international business and trade, policy analysis, diplomacy, governance, and strategic stakeholder engagement, she supports the Centre’s executive coordination and institutional relationships across the SADC region and beyond.
In her role, Chazha facilitates high-level stakeholder engagements, diplomatic and institutional relations, strategic communications, and executive initiatives that advance the SADC-DFRC’s mandate. She supports collaboration with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), governments, diplomatic missions, development partners, and other regional and international stakeholders. Her contributions help strengthen partnerships, promote regional integration, and position the Centre as a leading institution in development finance and sustainable economic development.

A strategic and relationship-driven professional, Chazha is committed to building meaningful partnerships, strengthening institutional cooperation, and supporting initiatives that contribute to inclusive growth and sustainable development throughout the SADC region.
Educational Background

Chazha Ludo Macheng holds a Master of Arts in International Business, Trade and Commerce from Wuhan University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Derby and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in International Business and Trade. Her academic background provides a multidisciplinary foundation in international commerce, financial management, policy research, governance, and regional economic cooperation.
