Maipelo Stroh is a seasoned specialist in organizational development, capacity building, and learning initiatives, serving as Learning and Development Lead at the SADC Development Finance Resource Centre (SADC-DFRC). With extensive experience in talent management, digital transformation in learning, and institutional strengthening, she drives programmes that enhance the capabilities of Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) across the SADC region.
In her role, Maipelo leads the design and delivery of strategic training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing platforms, including contributions to high-level forums like the SADC DFI CEOs Forum and partnerships with regional stakeholders. She facilitates discussions on emerging trends in development finance, sustainable financing, and organizational effectiveness, fostering collaboration and resilience among DFIs to support SADC's goals for inclusive economic integration and growth.

Educational Background

Maipelo Stroh earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela University) and pursued advanced professional training and certifications in talent economics, organizational development, and related fields. This foundation in humanities, combined with specialized qualifications, has equipped her with a unique blend of interpersonal insight and strategic capability to lead transformative capacity-building efforts in development finance.
