Eswatini Housing Board

The Eswatini Housing Board (EHB) is a public enterprise established in 1988 to facilitate affordable, sustainable, and quality home ownership and rental housing for Emaswati. Formerly the Industrial Housing Company, it acts as a statutory body under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, offering residential lots and rental units.
