HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING REVIEW

The DFRC convened a two part programme which combined the facilitation of a Human Resource Development (HRD) programme and the annual Capacity Building Review programme which focused on providing an opportunity for DFI Network Human Resources departments to examine the progress in Capacity Building in SADC DFI Network and the SADC region, and to develop a roadmap to enhance provision of high quality, relevant and cost effective capacity building interventions, and cooperation amongst the DFIs in this respect.
