🌍 Why It Matters
Strong PPP frameworks are essential to unlock investment, accelerate infrastructure development, and expand opportunities in emerging sectors such as the blue economy. By building the right skills, policies, and collaborative models, Mauritius can serve as a catalyst for innovative development finance solutions across the region.
We look forward to deepening this partnership and driving forward an agenda that enhances capacity, strengthens policy frameworks, and positions PPPs as a transformative tool for sustainable growth.
