Customer Service for DBN
The DFRC facilitated an in-house training on Customer Service for the Development Bank of Namibia. The training was held at the Namibia University of Science and Technology Hotel, Windhoek, Namibia from the 30th May – 10th June 2022. The programme was attended by one
