The SADC-DFRC recently held a courtesy visit with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), bringing together Mr. Zwelibanzi Sapula, CEO of the SADC-DFRC; Ms. Maipelo Stroh, Senior Capacity Building Officer; and Mr. Markus Scheuermaier, Senior Country Officer for Botswana and Lesotho.

The meeting focused on potential areas of collaboration to unlock private sector investment, enhance infrastructure development, support regional integration, and strengthen Public-Private Partnership (PPP) units across the SADC region.

The exchange reaffirmed the shared commitment of both institutions to enabling sustainable, inclusive growth through strategic development finance.
